Car Accidents in California

A car accident in California can result in serious and life-changing injuries for victims. These accidents occur daily and frequently impact innocent victims. The most common cause of a car accident is negligence, including speeding, impairment, and distracted driving. Following a crash, the cause must be carefully investigated in order to determine responsibility for the collision.

Under California law, accident victims may be entitled to compensation when they have been injured in a crash. This includes the right to receive reimbursement for lost wages, medical costs, as well as their physical and mental pain and suffering.
