Los Angeles, CA – One Trapped After Serious Crash at N Spring St 

Central City East, CA (September 2, 2024) –  On Sunday evening, September 1, a vehicle collision occurred at 1400 North Spring Street in the Central City East neighborhood of los Angeles, resulting in severe damage and multiple injuries. The incident, which took place at approximately 9:31 p.m., followed a police pursuit and led to one individual being trapped inside their vehicle.

According to reports, the collision involved two vehicles, with one of them sustaining extensive front-end damage. The other vehicle involved was also heavily damaged. Emergency services arrived on the scene to find that three adults and two minors had been injured in the crash. Among them, one person required immediate extraction from their vehicle due to the severity of the damage. The injured victims were transported to an area hospital for further care and examination.

Witnesses at the scene reported seeing a blanket stained with a significant amount of blood alongside one of the vehicles, underscoring the seriousness of the situation. The police had to close off the street entirely to manage the incident and facilitate the response of emergency services. The street remained closed for some time as authorities worked to clear the area and attend to the injured. Local law enforcement officials are presently investigating the crash.
