Los Angeles, CA – Injury Crash on Santa Monica Blvd Near Century City

Los Angeles, CA (April 30, 2025) – A two-vehicle injury crash occurred on Wednesday morning in West Los Angeles, resulting in at least one person being seriously hurt. The incident happened at approximately 9:41 a.m. at 11175 Santa Monica Blvd, not far from the Century City area.

According to authorities at the scene, two vehicles collided under circumstances still under investigation. First responders from the Los Angeles Fire Department and LAPD quickly arrived and found both vehicles with visible damage, partially blocking lanes of traffic. Firefighters assisted in extracting one individual from a severely damaged vehicle. Emergency medical services provided immediate care before transporting the injured party to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

The LAPD is currently investigating the cause of the crash, including whether speed or distracted driving played a role. Traffic in the area was heavily affected while emergency crews worked to clear the scene and ensure public safety. No charges have been filed, and the identities of those involved have not yet been released.
