Los Angeles, CA (May 3, 2024) – Police in Los Angeles responded to the scene of a fatal crash on Thursday night, May 2nd. The accident happened around 10:45 p.m. on the Interstate 105 Freeway near the intersection with Vermont Avenue.
According to a report from the California Highway Patrol, a total of two cars were involved in the accident. One of the cars caught fire after the crash and one person was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim was not immediately identified. There is no information on the cause of the accident. The road was closed while police investigated the crash and cleared the scene. Motorists were advised to avoid the scene and to find alternate routes of travel if possible.
