Pasadena, CA (July 4, 2024) – The California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a deadly crash in Pasadena on Wednesday evening, July 3rd. The accident happened around 11:45 p.m. in the westbound lanes of the Foothill Freeway near Madre Street.

Officials say that a UPS truck and several other vehicles were involved in the accident. The road was closed for several hours while police investigated the circumstances surrounding the collision. A sedan and two semi-trucks were also involved in the accident. There is no information on how the crash took place at this time. At least one person lost their life in the accident.
