Garden Grove, CA (March 5, 2024) – A pedestrian was killed in a crash that took place on Monday afternoon, March 4th. The collision took place around 1:45 p.m. in the northbound lanes of Harbor near the eastbound 22 Freeway.
According to a report from the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian suffered critical injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the victim has not been released at this time. There is no description of the vehicle that was involved in the accident and no information was released on how the accident occurred. Police blocked the roadway while they cleared the scene. Motorists were asked to avoid the area and to find alternate routes of travel if possible. An investigation remains ongoing.
