Traffic in the area was likely impacted as crews worked to secure the scene and clear the roadway. Officials have not yet provided additional information regarding the number of people involved or the full extent of injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under active investigation by authorities.

We hope for the full recovery of those injured in this incident.

What Should I Do if I Was Hurt in an Irvine Car Accident?

If you were injured in a traffic accident in Irvine, taking the right steps after the crash can help protect both your health and your legal rights. Even if injuries seem minor at first, it is important to act carefully and document the situation.

After an accident, consider taking the following steps:

  • Take photos or videos of the scene, vehicle damage, and any visible injuries
  • Avoid discussing fault at the scene or making statements that could be misinterpreted later
  • Keep records of medical visits, expenses, and any time missed from work
