Los Angeles, CA (April 14, 2025) – A two-car injury crash occurred on Sunday evening, April 13, at the intersection of South Western Avenue and West 94th Street in South Los Angeles, resulting in at least one person being hurt.
The incident took place at approximately 7:09 p.m., prompting a swift response from the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD), and local EMS personnel. Authorities stated that two vehicles collided at the busy intersection under still-unclear circumstances, causing heavy damage to both vehicles.
Traffic was temporarily disrupted as police investigated the crash and crews cleared the scene. The LAPD and first responders secured the crash scene and rendered aid to the victims. At least one person sustained injuries and was transported by ambulance to a local hospital for further treatment. Firefighters also assisted in extricating one individual who was temporarily trapped inside a vehicle.
