Los Angeles, CA (December 7, 2025) – A pedestrian was killed on Sunday, December 7, after being struck by a car along Whittier Boulevard near Williamson Avenue in East Los Angeles. The crash happened around 7:30 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
Emergency crews arrived within minutes and found the victim lying unresponsive in the roadway. Paramedics worked quickly to save their life, but the pedestrian died at the scene. Authorities have not yet released the victim’s name as they continue notifying family members.
Officers documented the area, interviewed witnesses, and reviewed nearby surveillance footage to determine what caused the crash. The CHP continues to investigate.
