Los Angeles, CA (March 15, 2024) – One person was killed and another was injured after a crash between a bus and a motorcycle in the Valley Glen neighborhood on Friday morning. The crash took place around 11:00 a.m. at the intersection of Hazeltine Avenue and Bessemer Street.
According to a report from the scene, the crash took in the intersection and involved the Metro Orange bus line. The victim was pronounced dead at the crash scene. Another injured victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries. There is no word on what caused the accident to occur at this time and no one involved in the accident has been identified. The road remained closed for several hours while police investigated the crash and cleared the scene. Motorists were advised to avoid the area.
