Azusa, CA – Fatal Motorcycle Crash on 210 Fwy Near Azusa Ave Underpass

Azusa, CA (July 15, 2025) – A motorcyclist tragically lost their life following a collision on Tuesday evening, July 15, in Azusa.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened at around 6:10 p.m. on the eastbound 210 Freeway, just past the Azusa Avenue underpass. Officials stated that the accident involved a Civic motorcycle and a black Tesla. After the crash, the motorcyclist was found lying in the HOV lane. Several drivers stopped to help the injured rider while waiting for emergency services to arrive.

Paramedics and firefighters from Los Angeles County responded to the crash scene. Sadly, the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the site. Authorities also called Caltrans to help with lane closures as they carried out their investigation. The Los Angeles County coroner’s office arrived at the scene to manage the investigation.
