Culver City, CA (July 25, 2024) – One person was killed in a two-car accident that took place in Culver City on Wednesday, July 24th. The accident took place on the Marina Freeway near the Slauson Avenue on-ramp at approximately 11:30 p.m.
Police say that an SUV was sideswiped by a white pickup truck. The SUV left the road and slammed into an electrical pole. When police arrived, they found the victim suffering from critical injuries. Rescue crews eventually pronounced the motorist dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released. There is no word on whether any other injuries were sustained.
