Los Angeles, CA (July 6, 2025) – One person died after a hit-and-run crash in South Los Angeles on Friday night, July 4.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the fatal incident happened around 9:20 p.m. in the 450 block of West 91st Street. Emergency responders arrived quickly after receiving calls about the crash.
First responders confirmed that one person had suffered serious injuries in the crash. Sadly, the individual was later pronounced dead at the scene. Officials have not yet released the victim’s identity.
Authorities have not shared any information about the driver or vehicle involved. No arrests have been made at this time. The area was cleared later in the evening as investigators collected evidence.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
