Fatal Accidents in California

Every year, approximately 3,000 people tragically lose their lives in accidents on California’s roadways. While the cause of every crash must be carefully investigated, it is often found that negligent driving played some role in the accident itself. Unfortunately, this also means that innocent victims are frequently affected by the careless actions of a third party.

If you have lost a family member in a California traffic accident, you could be entitled to compensation for your losses. Damages that may be recoverable under California law include funeral and medical costs, loss of earning capacity, lost wages, loss of affection and companionship, and potentially more. Protecting your legal rights during this difficult time is crucial and having an attorney by your side is also important. Your attorney will help to ensure that you avoid the common mistakes that are often made in these situations.

At Saleh Law Group, we are here to help following a serious collision. If you have been affected by the actions of a negligent driver, we can help you obtain the compensation that you deserve. While your loved one can certainly not be replaced, the compensation that you receive can help you to offset some of the unexpected expenses that you are now facing.
