Palmdale, CA (May 7, 2024) – A pedestrian was killed in a crash that took place in Palmdale on Monday, May 6th. The accident took place around 9:50 p.m. in the 200 block of East Palmdale Boulevard.
According to a report from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office, authorities were dispatched to the scene after reports of an unresponsive pedestrian lying in the roadway. The pedestrian, later identified as Miguel Negrete, died at the scene as a result of blunt force trauma. Police did not release any information on the events surrounding the accident and it is unknown whether the vehicle remained at the scene. An investigation remains ongoing. There is no additional information available at this time.
