Placentia, CA (July 23, 2026) – A 23-year-old motorcyclist from Yorba Linda died on Wednesday, June 22, after a crash with a vehicle on Imperial Highway and Rose Drive in Placentia.
Officers, Placentia Fire and Life Safety personnel were called to the intersection shortly after 12:30 p.m. and found the man lying in the roadway with severe injuries. Emergency units arrived and gave him medical aid, but he could not be saved and was pronounced dead at the intersection.
The driver of the other vehicle remained at the intersection and cooperated with investigators. Drugs and alcohol were ruled out as factors leading up to the wreck, according to investigators.
