Laguna Beach, CA (March 21, 2024) – The California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a two-vehicle car accident in Laguna Beach on Wednesday morning, March 20th. The crash occurred around 9:30 a.m. on the Pacific Coast Highway near the El Morro Campground.
